Program Overview

This program is just a start to a new way of healthier habits – the hope is that you continue with what you’ve learned to bring about lasting change. Once you have the right tools, if you take your hormone healing seriously, you can feel initial results usually within just a couple weeks.

There are 3 phases to this program:

  1. The Prep Phase - Week 1
  2. The Hormone Reset Phase - Week 2-5
  3. The Next Phase - the rest of your life!

The most successful women in this program commit to the following 5 things:

ADMIT THAT YOU ARE IN CONTROL - THEN TAKE CONTROL.

There is a principle in psychology called the Locus of Control. It is based on the thought that everything you have and everything you are (good or bad), is on you and is yours to control. There is no more blaming others, or being a victim of circumstance. This is a radical statement to some people, but success in this program falls on you and you alone. Having an internal locus of control allows you to take responsibility for your life and actions. It allows you to take your health by the horns and do whatever it takes to achieve the results that you desire. For the entirety of this program, I encourage you to focus on your diet, your thoughts and your actions, so that you can be honest and authentic with yourself. Envision who you want to be, set goals, and then commit to putting them into action. I believe in you and I am here to help and encourage you.

COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM.

Education is power. Read the materials and progress in the program EVERY DAY. Understand the why and how behind every suggestion. This is your month to focus entirely on you.

Lasting change takes time – so be patient with yourself. You don't reverse years of hormone imbalance overnight. Keep a positive mindset and above all - DO THE WORK! Only you have the power to manifest the change you want. This program will challenge you – but you need to make big changes to see big results.

SET ASIDE TIME TO PREPARE.

Changing dietary habits is hard. Meal planning and preparation take time and are a necessary step for success in this program. With practice this becomes second nature, but may require more time and attention while you are getting the hang of it. The first week of the program is all about preparation - dedicate this week to daily reading and stay on the schedule. Then as the program unfolds, set aside half a weekend day to plan out, purchase, prepare and put away your food for each of the weeks in the program. Successful women always have a plan.

FIND YOUR TRIBE.

Don't go at this alone. Find a friend, spouse, relative - and have them join this program with you. Then, tell others what you're doing so that they can enlist support and help, and understand why you aren't eating the cupcakes at the next birthday party. Encourage them to do it with you. Building a support network will bring the most success.

A GOAL WITHOUT A PLAN IS JUST A WISH

The Prep Week is designed to physically and psychologically set things in motion. I highly recommend that you purchase a binder and a 3-ring hole punch so that you can print and have your papers handy. This week will seem like a big learning curve - but I promise it will be worth it. Lay the foundation by putting in the time to do the background work so the next 4 weeks will be the most successful. Research shows that people who write down what they do lost twice the amount of weight as those who don't.
